A Mini Load AS/RS is an automated storage and retrieval system designed for cases, totes and cartons, operated by a lightweight stacker crane running inside narrow aisles.The system enables high-density, high-speed storage of small loads without palletizing, ideal for operations requiring frequent access and precise inventory control.
Small loads such as cartons and totes are conveyed to the aisle entry through the infeed system.
At this point, goods are identified and assigned to storage locations by the WMS, preparing them for automated handling.
The Mini Load stacker crane travels along the aisle and mast to transport loads from the infeed point to the target location.
High positioning accuracy ensures reliable storage even in narrow aisles and high rack structures.
