Without traditional columns, shelves serve both load-bearing and storage functions, increasing storage capacity by 3-5 times under the same floor area. It can reach 40-45m (vs. <30m for traditional warehouses), boosting unit land storage by 20%~40%—more valuable with higher land costs.

Integrated design reduces materials and processes. For new projects ≥28–30m with ASRS as the core, its unit volume cost is lower than ordinary warehouses (lower unit pallet position cost above 30m), balancing stability and economy.

It is the core position for HUAYIDE's technological R&D and testing. Covering an area of 540㎡, it has a 36-meter-high stacker, a total of 2880 storage positions, pallets up to 2.8 meters in length, and a single pallet load capacity of 1.5 tons. Currently, it is mainly used to store shelves, beams and other products independently produced by HUAYIDE's factory, realizing the full-link closed-loop verification from R&D and manufacturing to warehousing application.

Adopting advanced four-way shuttle technology, it realizes high-density storage, intelligent handling and precise management of goods. The warehouse is 8 meters high, covers an area of less than 900 square meters, and has about 1,200 storage positions, fully demonstrating the efficiency and rationality of space utilization.
