Unit Load ASRS

 

Unit load ASRS store products in pallet units in storage racks. HUAYIDE Unit-load ASRS provide rapid access to pallets and other bulky loads in a secured, high-density and energy efficient storage structure. We provide AS/RS that can be easily installed in existing buldings or clad rack warehouse. Our systems can be applied not only in ambient temperature, but also refrigerated, frozen, hazadous materials, long materials, and other diverse items for storage.

Mini Load ASRS

 

Mini load ASRS store small products and parts in  tote，tray and cardboard box units. By using stacker crane, the system can use a single carriage to store and retrieve one unit at a time，or a twin-carriage that allows multiple units to be processed simultaneously. In addition, variable acceleration rates ensure load stability. Despite the mini load ASRS’s high speed, the storage & retrieval machine remarkably quiet, operating at usual office sound levels. For installation and maintenance efficiency, HUAYIDE mini load crane components have been carefully placed for easy access and quick repairs making installations simpler and faster.

Multi Deep Pallet ASRS

 

Multi deep shuttle storage system are especially suitable for high pallet quantities and small variety of products in limited space. There is a very high volume of pallet loads being moved into and out of storage. The solution is an automated warehouse based on shuttles and satellite. Huayide rack entry shuttle technology enables these multiple deep AS/RS configurations to store pallets from 2 to 12 deep. A taller, more efficient multiple deep system saves your warehouse energy.

Pallet Conveyor System

 

HUAYIDE offer various types of conveyors including chain conveyors for heavy cargo, roller-type conveyors for cases, accumulation conveyors and inclined belt conveyors. Sorting & Picking System

 

Miniload ASRS store small products and parts in tote, and box units. In addition, variable acceleration rates ensure load stability. The whole system is managed by WMS that records locations of all goods in warehouse and keeps a real-time inventory.

Racking System
