System planning capability. Through our exclusive designed questionnaire form, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the types of warehouses (such as green-land or existing warehouses), areas, characteristics of stored goods (such as size, weight, turnover rate, etc.), and business volume. Our goal is to create a precise and reasonable warehouse automation system layouts for our clients, including planning for storage areas, sorting areas, and conveyor areas.

Equipment selection and design capability. Our engineers are familiar with our own equipment, including various automated storage devices such as automated rackings (such as shuttle racks, stacker crane etc), conveyor equipment (belt conveyors, chain conveyors, roller conveyors), sorting equipment (cross belt sorting machines, slider sorting machines), etc. They can accurately select according to actual needs, ensure good matching between equipment, and achieve seamless connection.

Ability to design software systems. Our own software team develops and maintains the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System (WCS). WMS is used to manage the inventory, inbound and outbound business processes of the warehouse, while WCS is responsible for controlling the operation of automation equipment. The two work together to ensure the efficient and accurate operation of the customer's warehouse automation system.
